the modus operandi is simple, they lure you by saying u have won x number of millions, the reasons will vary but bang on target...they want ur details like name, address. bank details, (so far so good)
the next step...
they will send u some kind of an agreement(optional) which u are suppose to sign and send them after u send them they will say that the money is with some security agency in a TRUNK, it will be released only after we pay x amount
beware...

this is the time when they will say that the postal charges to send the documentation back will cost you some thousands varying from $1690 to $7000, this is the point u will be caught and once you pay and empty your wallet they disappear in thin air and u will be running around the clouds to find them...

this applies to all the mails who claim to get you rich overnite
