i have received a message on my mobile that i have win a prize on shell mobile draw of 200000 GB punds and inform me to contact Dr felix email no spdc1968 @ hotmail.com, accordingly i had contact him and then he send email to me to send my particular in their printed form, ihave also submitted the same then they send an email that your prize money are sending through diplomat courier and you have pay 500GB for release the courier box from indian air port through our athorised agent on payment of 500GB pounds .After that i have send them email that i am unable to pay the money in advance if it is possible to pay my prize money after deduct all the necessary taxes as per procedure, but i regret that no response received till date. Then kindly inform me whether it is true or fraud.
