These are all scams and dont fall a prey to those nigers ... these all the lotterys and the scams have a common problem which is all the numbers start from "+44 704" and you call on this numbers they will speak but they are all diverted numbers from the countries like Uganda Africa Malaysia etc... They will show you the certificate and everything and for the courier they will ask for money... If you send them then you will be in a loss...
