I GOT 200, 000.000$ MONEY IN MOBILEDRAW @LIVE.COM AND SAID TO CLAIM MONEY FROM Mr. Mike BUT I CANNOT CONTACT HIM.

I have got a message on my mobile number[protected] regarding the winner of Shell Mobile Draw 2009 and you have won a cash prize of 1 million us dollar.
At first they asked me to send a mail and then they send me the certificate through mail then they send the shell award winning certificate to my id and then they send the mail saying the cash is deposited in the temporary account in Access Bank in nigeria..
Then they asked me the id proof for verification.On receipt of the id proofs they mailed me to get the Fund Release Order Certificate from Financial Service Authority of Nigeria and after getting the same from them i got the mail from Access Bank Nigeria for sending the account details and pay the Transfer Service Charges to be paid to Access Bank...
I just want to know is it possible to get the prize money from them ?
