manish bhanushali my mobile number is[protected] is reliance gsm servise from last 2 months from Relaince prepaid service my balance cut after 1 or 2 days kabhi 20 to 30 cut ho jaata hai me last 2 mahine se complaint pe complaints kar raha hu ke maine koi bhi pack activate nahi karvaya hai to mere account maise kyu paise kate jaate hai mera sirf 148 r to r 1000+ 500 local mints + 39 sms pack mera sirf on hai so pls help about my prob

Mobile prepaid — concessional tariff not being applied

I have a prepaid mobile phone - number[protected]. I have a lifetime validity and have also paid the requisite charge for availing of reduced tariff . But I am being charged in full. Inspite of attemting to talk to the supevisor of the helpline- at [protected], I have not been connected and have been asked to send an SMS at 121!
When i sent an SMS asking for talking to Customer Service Exec, I have been asked to send the query by SMS!
This shows they are simply avoiding facing the customer!
What a wonderful way of getting rid of the customer!

Mobile prepaid — undue deduction of Rs. 30.0

Sir,
I am Dr. S. K.Singh from Pondicherry. My mobile no is [protected]. It is life connection. Yesterday my balance was Rs. 37.0 . Only one local call I made for about 2mnts yesterday.Since then neither I send any SMS nor made any call yet today I got one SMS stating deduction of Rs. 30.0 for last SMS which I have not send since yesterday.
Kindly Look in to it and clarify why did it happen.

Mobile prepaid — subscription without asking and deduction amt

Dear sir,
I have got airtel prepaid connection no is [protected] jodhpur.I am from army and posted here.On my prepaid without subsciption they will subscribe bollywood or games and will deduct the rs 10/- for each.For that i have already requested them and spoke to there call center in early oct .That time they stop the service but again from yesterday31jan2011 evening they have subscribe two service without my permission and deducted Rs20/-.
Its my request to you not to subscribe this kind of service and refund my Rs 20/-.

My mobile number is [protected] and the same deduction of Rs. 30 has been made without my consent on 25/2/2011. If the money is not refunded, I am planning to change the service provider.
Daily i get msg that "you are charged Rs 5 for PLAY scheme" & amount deducted my prepaid mob [protected] without my option for acceptance. My constant efforts failed to get through any of the Airtel No 121, 123, 198, 1210 etc. for the last 3 days except on 22/3/11 at about 4 a.m. when i was told to contact same number (121) at 10 a.m. Remorsefully, nobody attends any of the above number throughout the day. Rather countless unwanted msg & unconcerned computer fed voices put he Sr citizen restless even during night. Earlier Rs 30 were deducted, which was credited back after making too much efforts/calls. DEDUCTIONS WITHOUT "Y" OPTION R FORCIBLE/ILLEGAL. I request Airtel to stop such disturbances and refund forcible deducted amount @Rs5/- daily for the last 2 weeks.

Sir,
airtel sms dated 6/01/2012 on 8:54p.m. from 543213 using words
"Thanks for choosing airtel radio.You have been charged Rs.30" from mob.[protected] is very much astounding for the reason:
1)When did I choose your services and what sms did i give you for choosing the services?
2)When I have not consented for any of the services,how and why did you charge me for the so-called services?
3)This is not providing the services.You are looting your customer by way of these sms as stated above.
4)Who is the authority for deducting this money unauthorizedly?
5)You are hereby informed that you must stop these type of sms immediately.
6)For this captioned unlawful deduction you must restore the balance as soon as you receive this mail.
7)if you fail I will move to court for which you will be liable for expenses and damages incurred by me.
8)This may be deemed as a legal notice to you also.
9)Stop these unfair practices and looting the customers otherwise they may move to the other service providers.
