MobileStore — Not refunding the amount against the canceled order No: [protected]

I have ordered one samsung galaxy s advanced mobile through online mobileStore facility (order No [protected]) on 27/07/2012 .
After 4-5 days they updated status with a fake Shipping No :[protected] (Shipping Agent :AFL) ,regarding this I enquired them and they said some excuses. After one moth they cancelled my order due to unavailable stock and put the pending-refund status in online transaction.
Now they are saying refund is already done on 11/09/2012 and update 'Complete' status in online transaction,
but the amount is not credited in my account.I called the customer care to get the reference No of refund transaction but they are not ready to give the reference No and still say some excuses..
