[Resolved]  MOHAN MOTOR UDYOG — mohan motor udyog is the worst maruti dealer in Kolkata.

I purchased a car from Mohon Motor Udyog, SALT LAKE SECTOR FIVE Branch Kolkata, West Bengal; it’s a Maruti A-STAR VXI version. While booking of this car the sales person has promises so many things, but when I got it delivered I found some of the things are missing. For example- floor mat.

The way they deal with customer is ridicules, list of the complaints:-

I didn’t get my car on the date they told initially. They deferred the delivery date.
At the time of delivery I saw the car was dirty, some one is cleaning the car in front of me which looks bit ugly.
While booking I got agree on the deal because they told they will provide floor mat but when I got it delivered, I found no floor mat was there. They denied on that, and ask me to pay extra for that. The sales person was layer and the company is cheater, they just want customer’s money once money goes to their account, then all is over.

Once you book a car from Mohon Motor until you get it delivered, your car will go for test drives for other customers. Which happen with me.

I took a car loan for this, so the day I booked and the day the got rest of the money from the bank there was 17 days of difference during this time they send my car for test drive to other customer. So I haven’t got a new car, before I drove my car so many other person has driven it.

Especially if you want to book your car on finance then avoid mohon motor, so many other maruti Dealer are present in Kolkata go any-where but not mohon motor.

From my experience I can say they mohon motor is the worst maruti dealer in Kolkata.
Since their showroom is near to my office so I made this mistake, don’t repeat it.

A new car’s still letter logo has to be shiny, but mine is not, (logo, maruti Suzuki latters, A STAR VXI latters) all is having rust, any one can understood that this car has been used atleast two to three months on TC number.

SO avoid mohon motor go any other dealer in KOLKATA. I am a suffered customer of MOHON MOTOR UDYOG. Car booking date- 1 st NOV 2010, CAR DELIVERY DATE- 27 TH NOV 2010.
