MOHAN MOTOR UDYOG — Mis-selling

Dear All @ Hyundai,

I have had a bitter experience buying a grand i10 sportz with one o[censored]r dealers mohan motor udyog, salt lake sec 5 showroom.

Initially, during negotiation we had come to a conclusion for the discounts and other accessories to be provided by the dealer basis which i had finalised the given model over maruti swift but to my surprise it turned out to be a total mis-selling of the product and services at the dealers end.

Apart from the basic accessories, I was offered Teflon coating and rust coating as additional benefits which during the delivery was confirmed by the sales person Mr saroj that the said things have been done in the car but at the time of first servicing I was told that the re was not rust coating done in the car and they cannot confirm abt Teflon coating either which left me feel like being cheated by the dealer.

This didn't end here as on 2nd Nov 2016 while I got a call from insurance department of the said dealer for renewal of the existing policy ( which was done by the dealer) I was informed that the policy was a normal policy with no add-on (bumper to bumper) which was a shocker to me as it was again a mis-communication from the said sales manager who insisted me to get the insurance from them and even after asking him to give a bumper to bumper policy I was given a normal policy in the name of it.

I being from a service industry is really disappointed to see such cheap levels of tricks being used by salesperson of Hyundai to sell their products. Sine the day I have faced such issues I have not recommended any of my friends and colleagues to buy a Hyundai car and have referred them to others who are at least ethical in their business practices.

Hope this matter will be taken seriously at Hyundai's end and will give a fair solution to it.
