I HAVE SEEN YOUR PEHREDAR PROGRAM YESTER DAY CONDUCTED BY MR. VIVEK LAW.

MY REQUEST IS THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FIX DEPOSIT MONEY FROM MORPAN LAB. SINCE 2003. I HAVE ALL READY CONTACTED CO LAW BOARD, GOVT. OF INDIA LAW SECTION AND ALSO REGISTRAR OF CO. ALSO I HAVE PAID FEES IN CO'S REGISTRAR .

ALL CORRESPONDENCE FILE I AM SENDING FOR YOUR PERUSAL.

IF YOU CAN HELP ME TO GET MY FUNDS?

Morepen Laboratories — Non Refund of FDRs

The following FDRs have still not been paid by the Company.

CHD DX 03816 due on 13.03.2003 Amount Rs. 1, 11462 of Neha Sawhney
CHD DX 03817 due on 13.03.2003 Amount Rs. 1, 11, 462 of Rita Sawhney
CHD DX 03818 due on 13.03.2003 Amount Rs. 1, 11, 462 of Aditya Sawhney

Efforts were made in the past to release the funds with the Company but to no avail. The amounts were deposited by from my retirement benefits for the members of my FAMILY. It is unfair to deprive them of these benefits. They have as it is sufferred adequately due to my srvice with the Army. The Company is requested to oblige as we are need of these funds to meet the obligations of the marriages of the the said children.

in the year 2002, but still we have not recd.return our FD money & reffer to your companys system
we have send the Application for hardship cases in the month of May'06 & your company commite
to send the fd amont in the month of August'06.
It is request you to give the schedule when you release our fd amount, detail of fd as unde.

i have complain in indian consumer complaints forum on[protected] i requested many times through email to morepen but i have not recived any response or reply from Morepen Laboratories Ltd till date
i think these people donot care for any complaint even of consumer complaints forum
