I purchased Butter Milk from a shop near Jyotinagar, Nagarabhavi on 9th April evening around 7:30 PM. When opened, it had horrible taste. I checked for the batch number & date, which were missing. I called the customer care 28460175, which was mentioned in the packet on 10th April. The lady, who responded, took my contact info & said a solution will be given ASAP. I even called on Saturday, 11th April & my contact info was again taken. But no response till date.
I have kept the sample with me. It not the question of Rs 4, but the quality of the product. I even doubt, is it being duplicated by some miscreants?
Kindly respond & let us address this issue as responsibles.

Shortly after I wrote the complaint, I was called on my cell phone & the diary people arranged for the collection of the sample. But, again, no response about what happened to the sample? No information...
If at all the sample was tested, I expect to know the outcome.
If the collection was done just for the namesake, then forget this issue... I have done my duty to inform the people of the dairy about the faulty packet... It's now left to the guys of the dairy to correct it.
