[Resolved]  Mother Dairy — Behavior problem

I purchased 3 packets of toned milk (1ltr)each on[protected] in the evening. On boiling, the whole milk got spoiled (Phat Gaya). Within 15min I recorded my complaint at the concerned milk booth No 601 after the sales person refused to take any responsibility and rather spoke harshly that it is not my fault u complain wherever u want.The batch No on the packets is KY01 (3) 01 jul 11 unto 12pm. I talked to Mr vikas phone No-[protected] at about 08:45 pm on 30-06-11 itself and also registered my complaint (No-670) on 01-07-11 at about 10:56 AM at the call centre no [protected]. Although I was assured suitable action, but it seems all concerns are shifting responsibility on each other.. Plz take suitable action and advise me the result at my phone No-[protected] -- thx SC Gandhi...
