[Resolved]  Mothers Pride — Horrendous Sales Pressure - Employees Harassment

Hi,

With due regards to the feedback of all parents, here comes an eye-opener to the matter of d fact at mothers pride, Well you all do not no the following facts:

1) Ths saga starts from day 1 when an employee joins Mothers pride, as a teacher, i am sure that you all do not know that even teachers are pressurised for boosting up d sales at mothers pride, just imagine they are onto converting education givers into - sales agents.....and eventually what do you think the teachers would teach your kids......



Mothers Pride is the only educational - toddlers school whose, philosophy is driven by the owners of the company itself, so kindly do not consider any of the employee a faulter as every month they conduct a business meeting where the Managers, Regional Business Managers, Corporate Business Managers and Business Counsellors are harrassed badly in front of all to play the number game (and yes i mean no. of admissions)

The so called calls which you all receive from Mothers Pride are nothing but pushed Targets for filling the classes and hence ignoring the quality.

Parents, it is not the fault of the Staff member but of the institute owners who themselves dont hesistate even once to ask for numbers. it is equally horrifying for any employee to work at Mothers Pride, as they are doing nothing wrong but what they are asked to do.

I stand for each and every employee at Mothers Pride but for the owners who are the ones to conduct baby shows every alternative month and encashing on the emotions of the parents........!!!

Although i know that they have amazing tools to develop d kids in all spheres but there's way too much of Sales pressure on d staff......!!!

Can you beat it that a playschool has got the following Hierarchy:

1) Zonal Business Manager
2) Regional Business Manager
3) Business Manager
4) Corporate Business Manager
5) Business Counsellors
6) Teachers - their Key Result Areas involves business generation as d foremost criteria.
