Hi friends my name is # i work with mphasis in kalyaninagar with the usl process i have never seen such a ridiculus management than the one at usl the management sucks... They just do what they want they never see what the employees want the operations are very rude they never appriciate the gud work but if the stats go wrong they just f#k from top 2 bottom but no one objects as they pressurise the agents and the managers are ridicolus they are not friendly they are too rude and regarding the pdh that guy is in bangalore and never comes here he just comes once in a blue moon and gives blank promises and never fulfills them. Tell me friends is this called a management i call this a management they never take calls and just rome around... And regarding the breake's and logoff i have never got those on time nor the others... God save me from the untrained management or change the management o[censored]sl from pune... i totally agree to this on friday the management with the Operations went to watch a movie in ADLABS from 10:30pm to 1:30am...There was no manager on the floor in the mean time and the agents were not given breaks as there was requirements on calls...IS this a MANAGEMENT???????? Explain please...

This is a true story.MphasiS has gone down and going down almost by a day..There are no practices in place. Human touch has completely gone. Till 2008, MphasiS BPO was one of the best companies to work with but no longer.Now it is difficult to see even a PDH ( Manish Sethi) coming to floor...He comes, party, take the OM's and UM's out, they drink and dont come to the office that day..Why to give Bangalore team so much of authority when they can not manage the process sitting there..Forget about HR practices and CSE engagement.that is most screwed up department ever..I am resigning from MphasiS..

Really...I've worked for like 7-8 months in USL...Itz the most F%$##d up process i've ever seen, , , , , , The manager's are really rude ..Actually they sh;d be terminated 1'st...n thank GOD the process is goin' back...No Atyachaar any more...!!!

Yes I really Agree. I am also one of the vicitim of this Blady USL Process. which really Sucks & Thank god its going. but Its taken many people sleep out. The Blady Managment is the worst & the sick on this planet earth & will never ever work in this orignisation again. Plzzzzzzz for god sake terminate those Blady managers who does not know any work rather than Eat Sleep & drink. Are they really doing justice to the company & salary & agents. One of the fu##k all Process seen in any company. The management really Sucks. Managers do not know how to behave with agents. They do not know how to deal with agents. They take out personel Grudge on them. If you are pointing out there mistakes then U are gone. U wld be terminated. Who likes to spoil there carriers? Tell Me? No body come forward. Use less people. A waste for the company & burden on all.

i was working with usl since last 15 months.gr8 process, but the management sucks...everyone in management like nee___, st_____, mi____, have no work to do in office.instead of paying attention towards the process they enjoy going for movie, boozing out, watching cricket match in pantry.whenever i tried to ask for leave towards st_____, he used to say"do i care".are we donkeys????????????after all i think that process has gone as there was more importance given to enjoyment than process...

Well the managers and the PDH ohh!! and how can i forget the operations just one request for you all guys please be aware that you were also agents and if you also had to face the same thing then you...you would come to know the fact just keep in mind that one day your son may also land in the same industry and then see what he has to face he may also be one of the victims...But i pray that he does not need to suffer all this at last "kisi aur ke papoon ki saaja kisi aur ko na mile"...Let them itself face it...If you still have brains then think on it or the # of comments on the blog will increase day-by-day and minute-by-minute.. And second-by-second...

I am a ex employee who worked for over 2 yrs. It totally SUCKS at all levels if youu are planning to leave the company make sure that all the papers are complete even if you manager does not help you regarding it they will stop your pay and latter say that you owe the company some thousand rupees they call themselves pro the only thing they are good at is extracting out of the employee i would rather say destroy or steal something before you leave without anyone knowing it will be even steven ever wondered why only some people get prompted when others deserve it because they are bosses pets tell your friends never to work for the company again if they do just attend the training and then run away because Mphasis as a company deserves the CEO is a idot does not know what is going on PDL's and AM are enjoying at the cost of the employees I wish all the shares fall and company shuts its shop
