I worked at Mphasis on 09 April 2021 to 3 May 2021 (Employee ID: 2434120). My father passed away during COVID‑19, and I exited operationally on 03‑May‑2021 but received a relieving letter dated 13‑May‑2021. Due to the incorrect relieving date, I am facing issues during background verification with my new employer. I have worked for 2.4 years with mphasis and mphasis not given me any relieving better and experience letter when bgv got fail after 2.4 years, its not fair at all, , you they want me to take out, take out within 6months why doing evil work, , now nobody is giving me job in market, , Tell me why you wasted my time. After working in your campany you should provide me documents, its was more than 2 years....

I had raised online ticket for PF amount transfer to my present employer.
But when I see my transferred amount I can see that approved amount is 0.
When I check the passbook i can see the total amount is 27, 461.00

The company has not transferred my PF amount and has marked the claim as settled. I have raised ticket with Mphasis HR0331253 yet no action is taken now.

I worked for Mphasis for 17 years and resigned on 3rd April 2022.

As per their policy(as mentioned in the document shared with Relieving letter) employee need to wait for 2 months from the date of leaving to apply for PF withdrawal. I submitted all the required documents to Mphasis office address as mentioned in the policy via courier and it was received by Mphasis on June 13th.

When I login to my account and try to see my EPF Passbook it does not show any records, it shows the message as Passbook is not available to this member ID as this pertains to exempted establishment(i.e trust).
Please advise what should I do or please help me to process to withdraw the PF.
