We had worked with mphasis india pvt ltd(noida).We have already submit our PF withdrawal form but I was not getting any positive response or information.
Please tell me what can I do?

Mphasis is Putting EPF amount from their Trust to Employee UAN number even after resignied

I resigned 1 year still my UAN shows zero PF from Mphasis.

They have cheated my last month salary, they have claimed from my Parent company salary ie Wipro I received update from wipro HR, my contract reduced suddenly 1 month without my notice.
I have met accident and taken last 7 days leave, they have taken it as absoconded and cheated my last month payement not Given.i have doctor certificates holding with me.
