Dear Sir,
• I booked in Authority Approved Project around June-07.
• I booked in Bank’s Approved Project.

So many calls I have made to builders employees-never picked up the phone, So many mails I have written (some of the copies are attached here with) but not a single one replied, So many times I physically visited at swasthya vihar office, at H.O. and at site also but no one responded positively.
Now, how can I afford Rs. 26 lacs (95% payment) given to you one and half year before when your employees can not afford to pick up my phone.
The flat I paid for one and half year before should have been in completion stage but even excavation not completed. This type of vague delay attitude is upsetting my heart & mind.
Builder’s PDCs. of discount return are also being dishonored for the last so many months. Your assurances has also been failed that you give DDs. against bounced cheques and further PDCs. of a different bank. Put up cheques in bank when we will give the signal and so on……………………


Now I want From Builder.
• Refund of my Rs.26 lacs with interest.
Now I want From Bank(ING Vysya Bank Ltd.)
• Restructure my EMI-Completion of the project.

WE all should stop the blank cheques given to bank for loan.
shreya ki watt lagi hui hai aur Rajeev gupta ko aish karne se fursat nahi hai. Use jail jaane ki chinta nahi hai..association ki wajah se phati hui hai per aish main kami nahi hai..but actually he is onlyl c oncerned about the people who have signed up under NO emi till possession..for others he is not worried..lets reach his home at surya nagar and create scene..though his house is also in nmse of his father, , ..lets catch him..
I think you are right. We should start a dharna in front of Rajeev Gupta's house. Please inform Mr. Goel and decide the date when we should go.
Some person is saying construction on site is going on. But its not true. SD has kep 10-15 labours on site just to show that they are in process of construction so that they can catch more buyers because only 60-70 people have booked in this project till now and the capacity is around 450.We should not get wrong idea that Sd is constructing the flats. Its all fake information shown to us.
I am also a victim of Shreya Developwell and want to join the association which is working against it. kindly let me know to whom should i contact for joining the association so that my interest should also be taken care.

I request all of you to join the Hindon Heights Flats Allottees Association, the said Association is in the process of filing the Complaints with National Commission, already several complaints on behalf of certain members have been filed, the Association has also filied an FIR with Ghaziabad Police & EOW (delhiPolice).

The whole fraud of Shreya Developed has been shown in India news channel last week 2-3 times anyone can take the u tupe recording from the members of Association and see the video.Also I request anyone who has good relation with any good channels to contact and help for publicising the issue so that we could pressurise the builder.

This is really a pathetic situation. The hard earned money is given in the hands of the fraud Shreya Developwell builder. The website says the VISION of shreya developwell is building mutual trust and creating value of the money. But the irony is the builder's work and ethos are completely opposite to it...

I have received "Summons" from ING Vysya bank - imagine I have to be present in the court and has to take a witness with me for my bail...because of nothing wrong done by me.

I have booked the flat in "NO EMI TILL POSSESSION" scheme. The 80-90% loan amount is disbursed to the builder. The builder has not paid the money back to the bank. The builder has not even created any structure from 2007 till date. Is it not the responsibility of the builder and even the BANK before sending summons to the customer. The ING VYSYA bank does not know anything about the fraud builder. How come the bank behave like this.
Do you think it is possible to pay EMI without having anything in hand (flat) for a middle class family. If this would have been possible then why should I have taken the lead in booking the flat in "NO EMI till POSSESSION SCHEME".
Ultimately - a normal man (AAM AADMI) has to suffer.
Does anybody has any solution...

Now the situation is worst, if you call their office and threat them saying " either you pay the pending EMI OR I will go court", they simply says "If you are intersted in court then please go there".

All o[censored]s (i.e. people who took loan from bank) in defaulter list and we will not get any loan in future.

Now a new plan has been started by Rajeev Gupta. He is trying to divide our association by picking one person and giving him bribe that come with me i will help u. U know what does this mean??? This means he is trying that our court case should take more and more time to get solved. I request to all the members to not listen to him (SD) and just do not believe him at all. He is trying to make us helpless. Bloody is such a big fraud. All of the members of the association please do not listen to Shreya Developwell that it will help u or solve ur problem in any way. Just do not believe them. Otherwise all our efforts will be wasted. Also it is not possible for anyone to fight against the builder alone in court. This is the truth. So stay united and fight together!!! All o[censored]s please stay united and do not leak any information anywahere.
i also booked a plot in 2007 which later converted into flat but till today no hope. it will be good if we all take some legal action collectively

I believe we have to explore other alternatives as well apart from court cases and police complaints as both are clearly not working. Like few others have suggested, approaching media with national reach (whether or not we have any contact/link there) to build some pressure could be one such solution...

In some of the cases which were fought in Consumer Courts against Shreya Developwell, orders favourable to the consumer/investors have been passed and even the recovery of the amount has been made. If interested, please contact. L.G. Dass, Advocate at [protected]
Making an association and then filing a consolidated complaint directly before the National Commission was certainly not a wise decision. First of all, the consumers/investors should have approached the Consumer Courts because they take a very little time. In some of my cases, even the recoveries have been made. L.G.
