it is seen that mseb dept. is playing with the customers by sending excess billings. further when we inquire about the reading they are unable to give proper reply alongwith documentary proofs and also the contractors who have been given duties of taking readings of meter are hopeless and are doing as per their will.

I live near wadala road in jaideepnagar. The service is extremely poor. There is a loading shedding due to which the power supply is unavailable for 5 hours a day, but they are not done with that. Once the power is back, they again cut off the supply. I don't know what the hell they are paid for!!!
Now, we have nearly 8-10 hours of pwer supply off, I guess its better to live in village now than in city...poor!!

Mseb is third class electricity board.they never plan in rainyy season.when ever rain come light is shut off.its a bull sheet system.no any rating.
no one gives feedback guys.because they dint know eng.llang.and they dont have any ans.
