There is power shortage at janapriya nagar phase 2, miyapur, since 2 hours, now it's 2:00 AM at morning and people can not sleep.If such developed city as Hyderabad cannot withstand a little of rain I don't get where is developement. please try to solve issue as soon as possible.

I have paid my Electricity bill through Bill desk and amount was deducted twice on 20 June 2024 with transaction reference no YSBI[protected]IGARKNLLX0 and YSBI[protected]IGARKNJFA3 for Amount Rs. 900.77 . I did complaint 22 June but my amount was not refunded so far.

I request you kindly refund the Amont Rs.900.77

Amount Debited twice, one was on 7th April 2024 The Ref Num:[protected] is for paytm transaction for USN:[protected] However today (i, e) 13th April 2024, I see on my HDFC account netbanking there is a charge taken for the same amount again for the same USN:[protected],
SI HGADP036A[protected] Souther this is for today's (i, e) 13th April 2024 There is no reference number available on my statement as the bank says this is SI charge.
Please rectify this and refund my amount ASAP.

I received incorrect billing for the Month of Feb24 with Rs. 1151 for units 238. When checked with billing man, he mentioned previous months units were also added to the bill as the machine he is using did not track previous months units. So the bill is generated for the units combined for both Jan and Feb. Where as I already cleared the bill for Jan24 charged for units 65 and Bill man suggested to check with accounts office to get this adjusted.

I raised online complaint using tsspdcl app, but no one responded to my complaint. I also visited local sub station office, even they couldn't help on this issue.

Now the question is why does a consumer has to pay excess bill due to the faulty machines used for billing. Also why doesn't the billing happen for exact 30/31 days? sometimes the billing man generates the bill for 30 days and for some months he delays the billing for 3 to 5 days(as in Feb'24), which inturn result in excess billing for consumer.

Is there someone responsible, whom I can contact to get this wrong billing issue resolved?

The electrical meter mentioned in attached notice, has been replaced in 2021. Ever since replacement of the old meter, it has been with the department for approx 2 years.

After approx 2 years we got a notice to appear for the inspection of the old meter. Which did not have any tampering with it. Refer to bills as proof of no wrong doing.

We appeared for the inspection at the said department, there the meter was checked by Asif in the presence of officer and myself. The meter was not put thru any machinery, only the person Asif looked at it, no test was done.

Asif opened the meter and claimed that it was tampered but in fact it was never tampered. His reason for charges are: Two wires seemed disconnected and connected back. Baseless claim on his part.

We pay all our bills on time and genuine.

How is this possible that he claims "wires were disconnected and connected back". This isn't based on the test but manual check. This does not justify the claim of wrong doing.

We strongly dismiss this claim... and ask the department to look at all the bills and see for themselves that there was never any tampering and bills were normal amounts with consistency for a 2 bhk flat.

We are being given run arounds when disputing this false accusation. When speaking to inspectors telling them that meterwas with the department for approx 2 years and now inspection makes no sense and since it was possessed by the department for so long it could not be necessarily consumers fault. Second, they inspection dep told us to go see the AE. The AE isn't trying to help claims he has no say.

We request souther power distribution company resolve this matter we aren't going fall prey to this unjust ruling.

This is regarding removal of Electricity pole which is in road (Gopanpally, Masjid line, Serilingampally). We requested the known officilas but it was not done. Request you to do the needful asap. The pole is causing the accidents as it is on the road.

Panel board fixed in the month of December 22 and the meter numbers received in the month of May'23 (i follow uoed wilth service provider) and he updated as pending from sangareddy head office to release meter number.
In the month of June received bill for all the 7 meters, but for meter[protected] provided bill with 232 rupees with zero reading and in the month of July provided bill with 14461 rupees with reading 1548.br...

Till date there is resolution on this. We have being request to remove the pole that was planted adjacent to my house and the chance of passing wires above from my house, if they establist connection, attached photographs for your reference, Request you to kindly check and remove the pole at earliest.

I would like to draw your attention towards Krishna Nagar colony Macha Bollarum, only single phase 3 houses is not have power from 11 hours, pissed of calling to 1912 all negligence answers, trying to connect fuse of number and Naresh Reddy garu Macha bollarum AE not answering. This is such a pathetic customer service u guys are providing, 11 hours continuous power cut that to for single phase and no proper answer. Please look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest l, i have all the call recordings how customer service people responded, if this is not solved will escalate this issue.

I had a transaction with TSSPDCL on 26MAY2023. I got the message payment unsuccessful. but amount was debited from my account. I called to bank they said money struck at TSSPDCL.
