I have submitted a request to change category with tsspdcl through online on 17-Dec-2024 registration number is CC[protected]. but still the status was Complaint Rectified(Pending at EBS ).

However still category not changed and i received this Jan month bill under non domestic. While submitting the request i have paid 30rs as a service charge in the portal through netbanking. Attached the screen shot for status of the category...

I am a resident of bolarum secunderabad - i would like to bring to your notice that without prior intimation and notice tsspdcl lineman entered our house on 6th of july 2023

By informing my old parents that they are from electricity department they broke the outer box of meter with a stone and replaced new digital meter. They also demanded 300/- from my father for which my father paid them the amount

I have paid the bill of amount Rs3703 on December 26th 2022 through online UPI Mobikwik app, Amount got debited from my bank account and the trasanction done successfully, But the 3703 bill amount added in the January month bill.
I went to TSSPDCL office, located at Rajendra Nagar, they shared the Statement of bill credits, I could not see that the amount of 3703 not credited in December month at their end, I have already raised complaint...

My Usc No :[protected] in the name of B.Chandra shekar Reddy. 5 months before
I got new meter as previous meter was burnt. After installing new meter the reading for 1st month got rupees 75 as we use for few led lights and fan for servant quarter and in the month of June 2022 and to my surprise next month i.e.on July 2022 I got electricity bill of rupees 3, 227. I used to get bill around 250 per month

Hi,

For USC[protected] I have applied for category change on July 07, and the status has changed to 'Complaint Rectified in CSC (Pending at EBS)' on 14 July 2022. After this, there is no movement till now.

On top of this, I received a very hefty bill on 17July in Comercial rate.

Please help me resolve this issue....

Please see the latest bill, Billing History, Consumption History and Payment History for Consumer No.[protected]. Its average consumption is around 16 units with bill amount per month is around Rs.50 till November 2021. Meter was struck up in December 2021 and TSSPDCL charged Rs. 101, i.e., almost double. Till september 2021 we have been paying the bill on time without fail.
