Hello,

the above mentioned epid no[protected] still showing the old owner name instead of my name ( sumitra v s ).

The sale registration document(sale deed), copy enclosed- 2.3.2026. Ec also attached.

There are no tax due for payment till date 2026-27.

Kindly make name updation in the system so that i could download e-khatha.

I VISITED the SRO and raised a ticket as my Rectification deed not pushed but still issue not resolved please check and do the needful.

I have paid my property tax online through Bapuji seva kendra website, I have just received the message for transaction but no receipt,
The helpdesk of website is not providing the receipt after several follow ups and when visited the panchayat office they say for online paid taxes their system is not updated with these records, I don't know how to get it resolved....

On 29th May, i have used this link https://bsk.karnataka.gov.in/BSK/cs/loadPropertyTax and paid the property tax amount 6780 using ICICI account. The money is deducted by Bank however still it is pending status . Please help to get the payment receipt or please help to get the money back

I would like to bring to your notice, that the PDO office in Halanayakanahalli gives repeated problems for issuing E katha

Initially, they give and E katha after we submit all necessary documents along with fees, After that they take 40+ days to issue a katha.. 40 days is fine..

Later, they print at the bottom of the katha saying Sale.Deed and KEB not available prior to 2013 so the property cannot be registered..br...

I have submitted application for mutation of the property situated at Mutaga village, Belagavi. In February month of 2021. And I see still there is no status on the mutation. I have been to gram panchayat office of Mutaga, and queried about the status. But there is no proper response from the office staff. So I wanted to file complaint on the gram panchayat Mutaga, Belagavi. For not providing the proper response....

Being a farmer unable to connect to hospitals or any emergency or any work as the roads have been illegally encroached by the farmers... The roads connecting from Byrenahalli Aadi Lakshmi Temple to Kurudi Cross Road (Madhugiri Koratagere boarder)... We are facing many problems with this issue... And we need proper roads as the roads are kacchaa roads during night times we are facing many problems without good road facilities...we are looking...

I am a resident of Mangavati village under Kagwad Taluk, Belagavi Dist, Pincode 591242, Karnataka.

I have applied for E-Swathu on 11 Nov 2019. the survey has been completed on 03 Jan 2021 by the government surveyor and he has uploaded the E Swathu document on the same day. but PDO is not giving my E Swathu document by saying there is a technical issue from the last 3 months. I am visiting gram panchayat on an average of 4-days...

With the reference to the above mentioned subject i lakshmipathi. N, here need assistance to resolve this issue as iam not able to pay the taxes for my property as the aforesaid vacant property is situated at ganakallu, cholanayakana halli, tavarekere hobli, bangalore south taluk, area measuring 2934 sq. Ft (272.6 sq. Mtrs) as i have spoken with the consent pdo, rajaram as my taxes for ay was 2345.00 yearly but now he is asking to pay 34753.00...

Your pdo and eo official are failed in delivery the e swathu within 45 days.
You people simply put pose in web site.
We are digitalization the system.
But the real problem is you system need corruption and your pdo eo are ready to be naked for money.
