[Resolved] Msrtc — wrong information on name plate. so i miss my bus.

i am santosh shelar, regular traveller from mumbai to panchgani by state transport. yesterday (date. 02/05/2009) i had resarvation (ticket no.9192599 ) route mumbai central To mahabaleshwar via swargate, seating station kurla neharu nagar, going to panchgani. semi luxury, extra bus. time 23:00. seat no. 23, 24.
This bus come to kurla at 23 : 45. i saw the name plate MUMBAI mahad/poladpur MAHABALESHWAR. but i had some doubt, i ask mister conductor is this bus via PUNE. he told me no. but because i had doubt so i took that bus no.MH-20 D 8995. after long waiting, I had gone to enquiry counter and asked them about bus. they told me to wait and watch your the bus. in marathi (gadiwar lakshya theva). after 15 to 20 minutes i ask them they told me same 2-3 times. then i lost my patience (the time is 1:00 am.) and i ask them strongly. this time he give me one phone number, which was controller of mumbai central. i communicate with that controller he said that bus had departured at right time. i had gone to higher authority Mr. Palav sir and asked him. he sent me again to the controller and told to check the entry of that bus. he had that entry. i again went to meet Mr. Palav sir. he suggested me to claim the refund because this is your fault, we have that entry. after long argument's, he sent me again to that contoller and said to check the other entry( which was passenger absent) by conductor to contoller, because he must have to inform the controller and do the announcement, because this is his duty. but controller was not informed by conductor.
I told him give me this in writing. and sign it. he wrote on back side of reservation and signed with mahamandal stamp. i again went to Mr. Palav and said i want to give complaint against that conductor and also that satara division which used wrong name plate. But he said you cant"t prove that but you can give complaint against conductor. They will take some neccesary action and now you claim the refund which will given as per rule by mahamandal. but you must submit your reservation ticket with that claim form. but i want to have a proof which was sign by controller, because money is not more then my and my wife's mental and physical stress. because we can't go to village for my urgent work because heavy rush and we return home at 2:30 am.
Today's evening i will go to village by state transport bus, at same timing which was yesterday's. because i don't have any option to go. but in future i will think whether to travel by MAHAMANDAL bus or not. This mahamandal which can't use proper name plate which is not more than Rs. 100/-, but give the stress to passenger's which does not count in money.AND I KNOW THEY DON'T FEEL ANYTHING. because this is (MAHAMANDAL is) not them property. that is our property, public property.
I complaint this issue in writing to mahamandal satara division, aftrer i complete my vacation but that will be too late. Can you forward this mail to mahamandal, and give me justice.
I again say that money is not matter, but i want some action taken by mahamandal against that conductor.
