Dear Sir,

I am having a M blaze device [protected] which I bought in the month of july from Croma store in Malad Mumbai.

The device was not working properly from the 1st day itself after visiting the store for 4-5 times my deviced for acceped by the sales person in croma store by the name of sharik after that the device was given back in the last week of july and the services were pathetic after 1 week of promotional offer I got the device recharged with the 999 scheme with unlimited downloading but the balance went to 0 on 13 aug and since then i am unable to use the internet.

After regestring the complaints on 14th 15th 16th 17th 18th & 19th of AUGUST 2010 request number are as follows : Q[protected] , Q[protected] & Q[protected] the complaints has not been resolved.

The customer service desk takes atleast 12 minutes to pick the call and every call last for atleast 30 minutes to register the complaint the dont care about the charges which I have paid for the calls.

Its like a mental torture which the company has given me over the last 7 days and then to the complaint is still not resolved and the last request has been placed today i.e 20 aug 2010 still the reply is that it will take 24 hours to resolve the problem.

The number of the nodal officer sharmila [protected] is never available which is always busy.

I recently bought a MTS Mblaze usb modem comitting a speed of 3.1 mbps.
On asking for a demo I was denied, the reason being lots of other comitments for which he had no time.
I then had no other choice but to buy it as I wanted to surf badly for some project work.
After the activation I actually observed that the speed shown by the MBlaze software isn't right. (You get the actual speed when you divide the displayed speed by 10) i.e. if the speed displayed is 133 kbps the the actual speed is 13.3 kbps.

I tested it with speedtest.net :
The result was Downloadspeed : 0.08mbps Uploadspeed: 0.06mbps (test server mumbai)
Now I feel cheated atleast I should have got a speed half of what they are coimmitting..
What should I do?
i am also getting 50-100 kbs bandwidth (5-10kbs downloading speed).

they are cheating customer.
Trust me my dear friend, what ever you have put above is true. Its the same situation with me, and its really hopeles internet broadband connection i have ever faced. MTS is really poor in their customer care, network and the treatment. Finally I call them and they deserve as:

MTS India — Delay in solving the problem

AGREED to all above comments by all means...
It seems you are in an area where the 1x signal is only being caught. the speed to the normal functioning evdo goes upto 3.1Mbps. 1x is limited to 144Kbps which is around 18KB/s (note b and B are different) *(1KB=8Kb )
i also have the same problem
the speed test shows latency of 91ms, down speed 0.8mbps and up speed 0.4 mbps
now can some body tell me what is this going on with the company do they like to survive in india or ?????

I had taken a lap top and MTS MBlaze connection on 27th June’10 from CROMA. That time the internet connection was in working conditions. But later on after ¾ days they have disconnect the connection the reason being 'non submission of documents.' But they said documents where handed over to CROMA after ½ week back however the documents where handed over to MTS Magarpatta office no 27th July’10 after month no reason for sending the documents late?

I am continously following up with you’re employee who seats in CROMA Mr.Kanifnath who gave me the false commitment.

I am very disappointed with CROMA & MTS the way they have given service to me

If the documents were misplace from your side or misuse who will responsible for that?

Who will responsible for mental harassment with lots of frustration given by MTS?

The reason for taking the laptop and internet connection for helping the business where I have loss approx 1.5 lacs for such a stupid reason

mts is worst internet connection.they just show you download speed.gyus please check the browsing and upload speed too which mts dont provide.even google take 10 seconds to open.and yes they drop the download speed too after 12gb o[censored]sage which they dont tell while selling there device.there marketing strategies are looting people.they are fraud.no upload and browsing speed

It was one of my biggest painful moment of my life, The day when I bought your MTS date card I was very happy. I thought that you have good internet plans under budget. Just after two days everything is happening with me same its written by older MTS customers on internet. For first two day my data card speed was 500 KBPS and now is 20 – 30 KBPS. I am not able to download my official emails on outlook. Your customer care is resolving my complain without contacting me. And every time they are giving me 10HRS time. After five days frustration I decided to return this connection to you guys so that I can use something else but no body is telling me right way. I really don’t want this poor connection. Requesting you to take this connection back and refund my amount.

I don’t know whether you have access of emails or not, otherwise I would have got the reply of below pasted email till today.

Guys,

can you see the speed of your 3.1 MBPS data card.. Get attached files and improve your service. My MTS number is[protected] and when I am trying to contact your customer care I hearing a voice saying that “The MTS number you are trying to call is out of service” Such a non sense customer care and cheap service. For what you guys are charging 1000.00 bucks. Now a days consumer court and jagoo party going great job. Just remember them and do your job properly.

My name is shrey bahrdwaj my Data card no. is [protected] I am facing from big scam I have purchased the MTS Dongel from Connect india as I receved the called friom them and the sales agent gave me assurtiy trhat you will get speed of 1.8mbps atleast which is the minimum but I am getting 1kbps JUst coustmer service is not listening THEY said complain against us. THE sales man name is RAJ MALHOTRA a big laier who said that dont pay the bgill I am geting the bill off 730 HE gave me old dongle, wrong Commitment And also said that you will swicth your dongle in prepaid at any time.
