I am having MTS internet connection No:[protected] - Post paid plan Mblaze Unlimited 799 Gujarat. At the time of getting new connection the Sales Executive told that I can change the plan from Post paid to prepaid after three months. Now I have completed Six months and I want to change from Post paid to Prepaid. But the sales executives on phone refuses that there is no chance to change over for prepaid. This is injustice with the customer. Kindly arrange to change the plan from post paid to prepaid. B.Visvamber Rao. Mob: [protected].

there is problem in speed every time as soon as I switch on to the website : www.irctc.co.in...which is an ticket booking website...

I am having MTS Internet connection No: [protected] using Post paid plan 999 Karnataka. At the time of getting new connection the Sales Executive told that I can change from one post plan to other and can be done by calling on [protected].
When I tried calling them several times but not a single call mine is answered or connected to the customer care people. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced because of which i am in loss of both money and time.

MTS — ABOUT SERVICE

I bought my MTS connection and I did not use my data card. I bought it about 1 year before. Now I want to know that it will run or not.
