[Resolved]  Mts — Network Problem

Dear Sir,
I am using MTS MBlaze Wireless Internet. I am facing Network Problem fro past ! Month i.e from October. Before October i was getting Full Network in my Residence & Vasai-Virar City. I am facing Network Problem across Vasai-Virar City & also at my residence i.e at Mulgaon Road, Tamtalao, Vasai Gaon (W), Vasai-401201. I am not getting any Signal Bars but sometimmes only 1 Signal Bar in Hybrid, Broadband & 1X Mode.
So my request to you sir is that please see to the Network Problem in My residence (above mentioned Address) & in Vasai-Virar City & solve the Network Problem as soon as possible.

MBLAZE — network not available

I purchase mblaze 2 months before and I register complain regarding network problem but they not solved yet and even they dont pickup the phone

Network coverage problem and no network or searching problem for day by day in our village from 4 months. I call the customer care many times, but not responding.

I requested to you for necessary action at quickly. Otherwise i destroy many of the SIM card of MTS or convert to other Mobile company (MNP). I hope my problem is solve in 5 days. Thank you.

i am facing lot of network problem in my area before 3 days back full network i was getting but now full 0 network i getting. please solve my problem net speed is very less
i am facing these problem also, i am using mts mblaze about 2 years and know suddenly my broadband speed reduced on 1x speed, then a song is download about 30 min . there was a serious problem, there for my request is this for my active connection speed in creased your self other ways i stop the mts connection and buy a reliance broad band + connection my mts no is: [protected].

MTS Mblaze -Wireless Broadband — Networking

I had taken MTS wireless broadband connection(USB) 1.5 months before(at my residence). initially it worked but now there is often network problem and does even get connected.

I had purchased UNLIMITTED plan (paid Rs 2600.00 Rs 999.00 charges and 1600.00 modem charges).

Tried reaching concern person from last 24 hrs but no one is responding to calls or to SMS. (Contact details [protected] and [protected])

Please let me know path forward how to clear this matter.

MTS Broadband — Speed issues

I have taken the MTS internet connection with a promised speed of 3.1 mbps, from day 1 he speed has not gone above 0.05 kbps, i have tried caling up the Customer care service and loging in atleast 10-15 complaints regarding the same, there has be no issue taken so far from the company.

Suggest people not to take MTS connection, really bad service after sales.
I am facing lot of network problem in my area from 3 days there is no network. In my region Kolar district (kgf), i am not getting signal from last 3 days . please solve this as soon as possible.

even wit recharge of 1499 my speed during the day reaches only max of 100 to200kbps sometimes even worse 50 to 80 kbps when i call the customer care they give me lots of confusing reasons like the say my 1x speed from previous recharge must be still on.or say the network is down how come then my frends at the same room are not having network problem they are playing online game whole day and nite and does not even lag in the game but inspite of having like 10 gb balance my net speed keeps flucating it takes like a week to activate my brodband speed.i keep calling the customer care but only takes my name and data card number and keeps me hanging for like 15 min and the funniest part is that
even my mobile balance draining everyday without getting any reasult.then now i am using recharge plan of rs 96 everyday for this whole month still my network sucks as always i am verry much fed up with my data card and the customer care i am loosing my intrest in mts if this continues.
This is the second time i bought mts data card previous data cards had the same kind of problem and now i am not risking third time buying mts data card and will also suggest all my frend to change the data card and one thing more it is not my system's fault it is the network.last time the customer care told that it could be the system's fault now i changed the system and bought a brand new dell laptop still not working now what?
plez give me solution or solve my network problem as soon as possible below is a proof of my net speed after recharging wit rs96 plan.

Incoming & outgoing problem (totally stop) since last 38 hours, complaint was lodged near about 12 hours ago, but no result from THEIR end. Their suggestion is waiting & waiting & waiting, but this number is a work based not any other time pass. I wait for tonight tomorrow i will be port this number on Reliance. So, thanking you.

I am going to abandon your service. because there are always problems with internet connection. i do not want your service any more. I have always been facing network problems whenever using the mts dongles. you never contacted
me although i had forwarded complaint to you. when i start using your mts
dongles, network disconnect. I lost my valuable time money etc...
you are cheating the customers by advertising. when i started your service for the first time i never faced any problems. later there are always problems it is not
because of my computer problem. although i used your mts dongles in another
computer there is the same problem. it shows that your services is not at all good. I had to use your mts dongles many times for sending this mail also
