[Resolved]  Mumbai Foreign Post Office — Courier not received after 2 months!

Hello,
I had bought an item online from a seller who shipped the item through Singapore Post (registered). It was shipped on 16/3/2012 and reached Mumbai foreign post office by 24/3/2012. Since then there has been NO updates and I cannot get any answer from mumbai post officials even after repeated calls or emails. Here is the trace of the item:

Mine came from Japan, and stuck at the same point "INDIA MUMBAI FOREIGN POST OFFICE Update item (Inb)"

At least have the audacity to update the post on the status of your parcel.The parcel reached you on 30th April.Its easy to bad mouth the postal department.

I am facing the same problem, The parcel is bagged from Mumbai Foreign Post office on 5th, When tried to track, Foreign post office says that its already shipped to local, when tried local they said that they haven't received any information.

@ Ayamas. You muppet, of course he will "bad mouth" the postal department . A month and a half for a parcel within Asia. Come on! We are in the very same position, still awaiting our parcel from the US. And I certainly would not return to this post if I receive the parcel after 2 months to say I have received the parcel. I would break a coconut and vow to never use the Indian Postal Non-Services..
