I send 2 parcel Israel to Kerala one parcel is arrived but one parcel stuk in Mumbai foreign post office 23 days...

My order received at mumbai on 19th of November 2022 and its 29th of November and still didn't received my order no updates were given my order number is RS#13696 and tracking number is RF[protected]SG kindly tell when will I receive my package

I ordered a product from outside india. After reaching india it is still stuck in Mumbai foreign post office from 30 days.

I need my item as soon as possible . I have filed complain 4 times over here but no response.
Kindly reply to calls, message and complaints and give me some updates or i will have to take higher actions as my dad is in police telangana

My order is at customs hold at Mumbai Foreign post office from 20 days. No one is receiving the call if i am trying to contact them.

I can see my package got cleared from custom end still my local post (ambarnath)charging extra charges by saying my package has not cleared from custom end.

I have been charged customs fee of 1700 for parcel shippjng id LH[protected]US which barely costs 6$. This is so ridiculous by customs department.

Its very unethical behaviour that the mumbai post had kept the parcel for more than 7 days .
Its take maximum 2 days for custom clearance.
Weather it’s important for someone, these people do not care.

Please I already raised complaint for my parcel with number CG[protected]IN, since 26th of July till now its in Nigeria, I called nigerian Post office they said SUDAN is war zone so no flights are coming, , I want to redirect my parcel to another address or to SUART HO office, , because till now I didn't receive it, 5 months already left, ,

I had sent cargo as I came on exit from Saudi. But my cartoons were opened for checking then some of my valuable items were taken out in Mumbai customs department I think..

I had visited the mumbai customs office which is about 42 kilometres away from my house, a week ago and they told me to submit the fssai form 7, product receipt and bank receipt. I submitted all of that to their gmail and asked them to give me an update. It's been a week and I didn't got an update, although they assured me that I would be getting my package if I submitted all the forms in a week. I haven't got any response and they have held my package since 19th July. Can somebody please help me with this situation since I paid a lot for the package and the shipping and have been anticipating it since June 1st.

My brother sent a gift box including clothes and shoes .he paid all charges there it self but here in India the service partners asked me to gave 12500 Rs to release the parcel .They said it is coustom fee and gst on overseas parcel.

I’ve order from a product from U.S through USPS and the online status is showing held in customs since 3rd June 2021. I’ve previously ordered parts and maximum time taken for customs clearance was 3-4 days. It’s been almost 11 days now and the status is the same. Can I please get a feedback on this shipment ? My shipment from London is held at customs since 10 days, they do not reply their phone and still not releasing my package. Unbelievable people working at customs.

My Parcel was sent through US-PS, It was processed from Delhi foreign post office to Mumbai Foreign Post Office. My Package is again in transit to Delhi Foreign PostOffice.
I want to know if my parcel's Custom Clearance is done
Last Update was on 18th February 2021.Its been 20 days and I did not receive any update . I would like to what is the reason for delay in delivery and the time it will be delivered

My brother has sended me 3 parcel
From (Saudi to India)date of 18/12/2020 but out of 3 I have received 2 parcel date of 2/1/2021my one parcel custom are holded, but why they can holded parcel they can't updated me

This parcel had reached the mumbai office around the 9th of december. It was sent by my brother from australia as a christmas surprise for my kids and he had already paid the shipment charges before sending it. Despite this, they are asking us to pay inr 10, 000 duty charges to collect the parcel and it literally doesn't contain any commercial goods. I have a package which has my english language assessment documents in it.
Which is coming from the uk and reached to delhi airport on[protected], till then there is no update of the item. On the india post office website, it is showing that the item dispatched to mumbai foreign post office. I have called the mumbai post office multiple times no one answered by phone call.
It is a very important parcel for me. Please help me

Please note the tracking no of my consignment which was to be delivered to me at nesco it park, Goregaon East Mumbai 400063. The tracking id is RP[protected]CN.
The consignment was in Goregaon East beat dispatch on Tuesday, 10th December, 2019. Yesterday(11 December, 2019) the consignment went back to the foreign post office where it was on 9th December as well.
As per today's tracking on india post, the consignment was received in airport sorting office (attached screenshot). I myself inquired at the airport sorting office at around 6.30 pm today where they informed me that the consignment will be returned to foreign post office again by tomorrow. Request the department to hold the consignment as i wish to receive it and i don't want it to be returned to the sender
