[Resolved]  Mumbai Mirror — Non delivery of subscribed copy even after repeated reminders

I have been repeatedly sending reminders to restart my subsvription paid gopy to my new address by e-mail on customer-care number [protected] given to subscribers. I have been interacting on phone also with seniors. I am sorry to notify that neither the Senior Mr. Vishal (mob.[protected]) nor his junior Ms. Seema are resolving the matter nor replying the mails. Mr. Vishal had promised that he shall be giving a reply mail and instruct the Area Manager to start the Copy immidiately but it is not done till date. The staff has not acted as per the instructions for change of address since May 2012. They have accepted the mistake but the further steps are not taken so the matter is worsening day by day due to delay but they dont care.

I strongly condemn the delay and inactiveness of such irresponsible employyes/officers. Also I dont understand why the Management does not monitor the pending greivances of teach department as this spoils the goodwill of the whole group indirectly.

The Company has agreed to pay their new vendor for 3 months as there was a mistake at their end and refunded my subscribtion in cash. So it is resolved as of now.
