[Resolved]  Mumbai Mirror — soulful play by axis bank

Axis banks, a leading player in bank industry, apparently the most trusted bank has actually played a foul game with my account. I have opened an account with this bank somewhere in mid october 2019 and when the app was downloaded for mobile banking, and i happened to have a negative balance of -354. When confirmed with the bank, they told me it’s for the debit card and yearly the charges stand for 354 rs. I was okay with it and resumed using this bank service. Later on november 3, the bank again charges me 354 for debit card and this cane to my notice and i immediately called up the customer care but however they just kept transferring my calls from one department to other. Later on 5 december 2019, i had transferred 838 from my account to a friend of mine and the transaction standed failed. However, the bank debuted the amount and has still not paid me back. I made so many calls but they seem to be in no money to return my money. Later i called up the bank again and they tell me it’s already credited to my friend’s account and i told him to crosscheck his account but no use. There was no money from my end. I have submitted these documents to axis but they dont bother. Such pathetic service! Though a small amount but the trust with this bank is completely lost
