[Resolved] Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Inaction of MCD on Unauthorised Construction | |
Paper formalities have been completed by West Zone of MCD and orders passed during March 2009 to demolish the unauthorised construction at GH-13/301, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi - 110087. Field staff does not execute the orders and no positive response from senior officers. Reply to RTI says no Time limit to execute such orders. On top of it Local Police harasses every second day. Everybody seems to be hand in glove for the obvious reasons. Can any body help me? Was this information helpful? | |

Sir, i just inform you about the unauthorized construction making in house no 10 A Gali No 2, 5th Floor East GuruAngad Nagar Delhi-110092 in area 135sq yd jiske karan agal bagal wali building ko khatra (DANGER) lag raha hai meri aapse request hai ki aap jaldi se jaldi govt action ke under sahi se sahi kadam utthaye.
