However, U can file RTI application for the list of sealed properties in xxxx area and list of properties who were allowed to break seal or copy of permission.

Subject - Medical lab at Plot No - CA 15 A, Shalimar Bagh Delhi a big Nuisance
Sir,
A medical lab exists at the above address. The flat was alloted for residence . When the flat was being convented into lab DDa was informed who vide their letter file F. 15 n(i) AE (Enf) N/NZ/941 dated 29/12/05 had informed D.C M.C.D, Rohini Zone for taking necessary action. Iam in prssession of copy of the letter. The lab is a source of nuisance from early morning till late right. Visitor to the lab vomit, Urine, in open and create parking problem. Lab is also a Radiation hazard as X - ray, Ultrasound machinco exist in it.
This is a residential colony and commercial activity may be stopped . DDA claim to have handed it over to MCD. Why MCD has soft corner for this lab.
If no action is resorted to shall go to the court for redrassal of incomenience felt by any family.

One Ajay Singh of Vasant Kunj Sector B Pocket 10 residing in 7546 has constructed an entire floor on the terrace of the DDA flat by threatening the neighbors. He claims to be a relative of some politicians in Bihar, and has obviously bribed officials to get the construction done. He is running his office there. Can anyone take this matter seriously and see how he has violated the MCD rules by encroaching government land and an entire floor on the terrace above the flat 7551 which also is owned by him.

we the resident of KD-193, Pitampura want to bring in your kind attnetion towards our block sewerage peoblem. This problem is been faced by some of the houses which are adjacent to each other and are facing blockage in drain. The water has started entering in our homes. We have madecomplaints but no action has been taken yet.

It been a long time since our front street is prepared but contractor is forgot to close the Street waste water panel "Drain". Our street is just 10 ft wide and it is very difficult to run over that...and because of those panel it is also inviting all other disease for which our MCD is talking lot of action...I think our MCD is working good but these contractor and not taking the thing seriously...sir, it's my request you to take action against this and ask them to cover those panels with this month on urgent basis because we are also afraid of disease....

Today the second floor residents have started construction on 3rd floor illegally which is weakening the building walls/foundation of building and the situatin is getting worse. This is great threat to other occupants of the building. We request MCD to take a strict action against this construction and put a hold to this illegal construction and remove all the construction material from the top of the builidng. We once again request the concerned people of MCD to take action immediately and save the life and property of innocent people.

THERE R SO MANY TRUCKS VISITING IN RESIDENTAIL COLONY OF ROOP NAGAR, NORTH DELHI-110007 AT ADDRESSES 2/69 ROOP NAGAR AND 2/68 ROOP NAGAR THAT PEOPLE NEAR BY R SO FED UP WITH IT THAT THEY CANT ENEN SLEEP IN THE EVENING NOR THERE IS ANY PARKING SPACE LEFT WHEN THE TRUCKS USED TO PLY.

BOTH THE ADDRESS MENTIONED ABOVE HAV MADE GODOWN AT HE GROUND FLOOR AND AT LEAST 4-5 TRUCKS VISIT EVERY DAY FOR LOAD AND UNLOAD OF THE GOOD THEY CARRY. MOREOVER, OWNER OF 2/69 EVEN LOAD GOODS FROM THE SERVICE LANE IN AUTO RICKSHAW TOO. THEY HAVE MADE OUR LIVES HELL. PL DO SOMETHING FOR IT.

Everybody is in spree of violation of Law & Court, all thanks to Delhi Government, in which all departments are involved, inspite of clear order from High Court regarding properties within 100 meters of protected monuments, which in this case happens to be NILI MASID, in Hauz Khas, the Police, MCD & ASI all are getting their shares in illegal construction on properties in full swing D-1/5 & H-1/12, Hauz Khas, New Delhi.

Wherein the Court has given clear verdict and order on ASI, and restricts them in making any construction by private builders within specified limit, but money in form of bribes pay major role then Court Orders or even regular publications in Newspaper, HT, dated.12 Oct 09, 29 Oct, 09, 31 Oct, 09 & 8 Dec, 09 and in News Channels also.

All superior officers are engaged in fulfilling their shares of black money then regulation; we request press to bring this topic in headlines before it’s too late.
