SEWER AND DRAIN BLOCKAGE

Dear Sir/Madam,

I on behalf of my locality members want to complaint about the problems we are facing since last three months because of the sewage and drain blockage in our area .We are facing sewer blockage and overflow problem from past one months in J - BLOCK, STREET NO. 1400, JAHANGIR PURI, DELHI-110033. Dirty Water is coming in street. We have complaint lots of time in sewer office by personally visiting the office but no fruit full action has been taken so far. The dirty water is coming in our homes and foul smell is spreading in the street.Kindly take an immediate action against sewer and drain blockage and overflow on priority basis to save local peoples by other illness .

Please find the attachments as our neighbor whose address is (A 39, Mohan cooperative industrial area,
Mathura Road, Near Pillar Number 301, ND-110044.) has blocked the drainage channel with concrete and cement due to which the water has been logged as shown in attachment which can cause many diseases and may damage the road.

Its my humble request to resolve the issue as soon as possible as we are facing lots of problems because of same.

I stay in Arjun Nagar, Safdarjung Enclave. There is a big Banyan tree which is leaning on the wall of my house and each time there is a strong wind, it keeps hitting the wall of the building. It is now dangerous and we need some solution to this problem else the wall will break. The tree is rooted in a park which is in front of our building and one branch extends on to our building. We gave a complaint last year, went to the MCD office several times, got the permission for pruning but no one came for the pruning. Now it is increasingly leaning on the wall. Please provide solution to this.

As i mentioned in the subject our street cleaning is not good. It is too unclean with broken road and there is too many unwanted dogs . This is the one of the reason that street is affected uncleaned.please i humbly requested look into this matter and solve the issue.

Dear Sir,
We the resident of Pocket 16 Sector 20 Rohini Delhi, facing problem of garbage in vacant plots, no body is claiming the ownership of plots, public and near by factory owners used them to put his garbage, Cow dung and unused things some people also used them as urinals, Kindy send some one to visit in our pocket to find the owner of these plots and take action against them and pressurise them to cover the plot with boundary wall.

Also in our pocket drainage system is completely blocked after many reminders nobody wants to clean them.

Kindly check this and take the necessary action as soon as possible.

Hi Sir/Mam,

I am a Resident of BD BLOCK, WEST, SHALIMAR BAGH, DELHI-110088. I am writing this complaint because the sweeper in our Block who works under MCD has been refusing to clean a side lane which is at the end of the last lane, i have been asking him politely for over a year now & the lane is completely piled up with leaves as there are too many trees above it & he says that he doesn’t have time to clean that lane & he doesn’t consider it as part of a block. After trying to convince from the past 1 year, now dengue mosquitoes & other insects have started to born there as well& it’s besides childrens park & few childrens have been sick recently as well & today he told me you can do whatever you want & he also said i am not scared of anyone, i won’t clean it & he only comes for cleaning after 12-15 days even in the block. Concerned area is in the end lane of BD BLOCK, just beside BD BLOCK RWA Office. I believe in Municipal Corporation of Delhi & i am writing this complaint with high hopes that this issue will be resolved soon!

I did a recharge in toll app via UPI but money is not reflecting in app but deducted from bank

The open gym equipments installed in a DDA Park at VASUNDHARA ENCLAVE DELHI 110096 (near shiv mandir) are in a very bad condition.
Almost all GYM equipments have been damaged and stolen by miscreants as there is no supervision of same.
In my opinion even the gardner responsible for maintaining the garden don't feel the moral responsibility to report same to the concerned authority.

Please do the needful
Either within some days it will be a history that Delhi Government had installed two sets of GYM EQUIPMENTS here

Kindly do the needful towards the increasing incident of dog bites in my area. Yesterday dogs have bitten to my wife and in no way ready to runaway also. People are fearful due to dog attack.

With high hopes i am writing this issue, there is a plot of Rajasthan Mitra mandal in front of my house and it is not even covered by wall boundaries and cows comes and with the smell of dang people are getting suffered even with the dirt kids are getting ill with several diseases and street dogs do piss and potty everywhere. Above all people started urinating in the plot where families are living and we have our females in our homes. affected people are arount 400. please help

I am resident of Rajan Babu Road (back side) Sarvodaya Kanya Vidhyalay Road, Adarsh Nagar, Delhi-110033.

On the said School Road Dog owners visiting with their dogs (unregistered) in the morning at 6.30 AM to 7.30 AM and in the evevning 9.30 PM to 10.30 PM and their dogs do Stool and urine on House Gates, Cars and on Road.

Kindly see the matter and take neccessary action against dog owners.

With all due respect sir. Recently water pipeline work was done in our locality and while the work was being done the sewage pipe was broken due to which stagnant water brokage happened and the road maintainance wasn't processed further. Many local people have to face issue due to this. Therefore I request you to please commence the repairing of pipeline as fast as possible

I am writing this letter to bring your attention to the uncleanliness of public places in our locality. The garbage is not being cleaned regularly and it has become a breeding ground for diseases. This is causing inconvenience to the residents of our locality.

I request you to take immediate action and ensure that the public places are cleaned regularly. This will help in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in our locality.

I am a resident of Flat No.- 458, KG-1, Vikaspuri, New Delhi-110018. There is a big Peepal tree which require pruning as its branches are extended to the door and windows of the balcony and room. It is requested to take notice of the situation as it is creating nuisance and difficult to handle the current situation without authorities help. I tried to complaint to the active Mali employed by MCD for upkeep of gardens but they said the tree is rooted in adjacent Apartment named Anand Kunj, Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue.

The lady who cleans the streets bylanes does not clean the streets properly and when requested to do so, she says she is done for the day. Till the time she was not a confirmed employee she performed her tasks well, later she grew adamant.

I am a resident of rohini sector 24, pocket - 12.

I would like to bring this to your kind notice that approx 10-12 stray dogs are there in the area, i live in. Due to these dogs, the residents are facing regular problems. These dogs bark on anybody they see and also chase from behind.

I request mcd to take necessary remedial precautionary measures and send the dog squad on immediate action to avoid this problem.

I am a resident of Rohini Sector 24 Pocket 12, north west delhi, and there are around 20+ stray dogs in our area which are a problem to all the residence as they keep on barking all night and sometime bite people as well. Please send a dog squad and let them help us.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my deep concern about an open plot of land located near my residence. Unfortunately, this plot has become a dumping ground for garbage and waste, which is causing severe inconvenience to the people living nearby.

The residents of the area have repeatedly raised their concerns regarding this issue, but it seems that no action has been taken by the concerned authorities to address this problem. The garbage on the plot is not only creating an unbearable stench, but it is also attracting rodents and insects, which pose a significant health risk to the community.

It is disheartening to see such a lack of civic responsibility, and I urge the authorities to take immediate action to remove the garbage from the plot and take necessary measures to ensure that such dumping does not occur in the future. The residents are eagerly waiting for a swift and effective resolution to this problem.

First of all, Many Congratulations to You.
This is to inform you that in our Society Harsh Apartments, DDA Flats, Pocket 1, Sector 10, Dwarka following maintenance and construction works are pending for last several years.
A) App. 800 mtr roads (Mandir Side road) of our society is totally damaged & needs urgent repair and is pending for last several years due to ignorance of the department.
B) All drainage line of our society is blocked and dirty water overflows on roads. Its caps are also missing and it is very dangerous for Residents & Kids. the pipeline of the drainage system is dead and needs urgent laying of new pipelines and repair of drainage system inside Society.
C) Construction and Repairing of 100 mtr boundary wall and fencing wire across the boundary wall for safety of Residents.
D) There are many trees like alestonia etc in small parks between blocks. These trees are more than the heights of the building and its branches are laid on the blocks of the bulding. Due to which there is risk of Residents life and Bulding too. It needs urgent attention of cutting its branches and trimming the tree.
E) The Submersible installed inside society is not working for last many years and its pipeline laid inside society is damaged at many places. It needs tobe replaced.
F) In children's park Jhule were installed which are now completely broken and needs replacement.
G) In Small parks between flats the work of putting soil and Gobar Khad is still pending for last many years.
