[Resolved] Mydala.com — MyDala Cheat Deals | |||
I was completely cheated by the website MyDala and the restaurant owner. http://www.mydala.com/jaipur/restaurants-cafe/deals/V2-Fine-Dining-Restaurant- Under the deal terms it was earlier mentioned as 1 voucher valid for 2 people. After my issue MyDala corrected it to 1 voucher for 1 people in the website. I have emails and screenshots of past information. (attached) I purchased 1 coupon for me and I gifted 2 coupons to other. Finally instead of 6 in all, only 5 o[censored]s went to the restaurant. While placing order we faced many issues. There was no any FOOD MENU for this deal, there was limited choice over placing item order, no mocktail choice (which they bring at end and taste likes Colgate Plax, and remember you have no second option). Sizzlers are actually incomplete sizzler without complete recipe. By seeing the quality of initial order of the guy not took single item, so we placed separately Paneer Tikka for one person. Then waiter told us that for leftover you will be charged separately, so instead of few bad taste dishes, we had to complete them completely. Now comes the billing time, when no one came with the bill, I went to the counter, they told me 850rs, then he corrected it to 1082. I asked, how? he said 190*5=950 +132 for paneer tikka. I said it should be 190*3. Then he connected me to owner. he also not agreed. So due to the tricky deal by OWNER, I lost extra Rs380 and that also in cheated manner. Next day I contact MyDala and told them that you are showing wrong deal in your website, they tried to help, but in SMART A** way. They tried to put matter on V2. And offered me 190rs food at the same bad restaurant. I not agreed, then they gave me 49rs deal for free (my loss was 380) and I need to spend another 700rs by visiting that place, I not accepted that. For me both are responsible for this cheating, 1 was cheating(V2) and other was promoting cheat (MyDala.com). What a bad experience. Never visit V2 and be careful in buying deals from such website which cannot protect their customer. V2 restaurant was completely empty, there was just single customer other than us.
