Mynta.com — UNREASONABLE PRICE CHARGED WHILE EXCHANGE FOR PRODUCT BILLED AT LOWER PRICE

Hi ,

As per the RTI section 18(1) .D , I have been charged extra money which I believe is unreasonable. Case is as follows:

I ordered a Shoe & socks from Myntra and there was a offer going on –GET 10 % OFF ON PURCHASE OF 2999.
As per the mail attached ,shoe cost was coming out as Rs 2450. I asked them for a change in size and send back same shoe again but now ,they are asking in Rs 2800 as they are considering this as a fresh order. Please see conversations with Myntra as they are asking me for extra Money that is unreasonable..
