Recieved a broken Make up Revolution Pallete from Myntra.I returned the Pallete on 15th of February. My refund has been put on hold due Quality Check failed issue as per the app. Talked to the customer care executive but they do not have a clear answer.

No such resolution has been provided. I've asked to wait till 23rd Feb but when i call then they don't have proper response to my queries. At this moment i feel cheated.
