Myntra sold me torn tshirt and a stich has been done to conceal it. the customer care is telling me that they cannot exchange/refund the product. the stich/torn was noticed when i wore it and removed it after one wear. myntra is useless when it comes to customer resolutions, they have set typical standard responses from which they do not deviate....

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Defective Product
Recieved a broken Make up Revolution Pallete from Myntra.I returned the Pallete on 15th of February. My refund has been put on hold due Quality Check failed issue as per the app. Talked to the customer care executive but they do not have a clear answer....

I received a women embellished pink slider by catwalk on 26/6/2019. Product looked fine at first but as soon as i wore it and started walking its strap came off from one side. I checked specifications on myntra website and it says that this product comes with 15 days warranty at least. Kindly replace this item or refund the money. As per the RTI section 18(1) .D , I have been charged extra money which I believe is unreasonable. Case is as follows:
I ordered a Shoe & socks from Myntra and there was a offer going on –GET 10 % OFF ON PURCHASE OF 2999.
As per the mail attached ,shoe cost was coming out as Rs 2450. I asked them for a change in size and send back same shoe again but now ,they are asking in Rs 2800 as they are...
