SIR, I AM WEB VENDOR OF MYOXIGEN.COM. I HAVE TAKEN THE AGENCY BEFORE 2YEARS.BUT THE COMPANY WAS NOT PROVIDING ANY FACILITIES THAT THEY TOLD TO ME WHILE GIVING ME THE AGENCY. I WROTE TO THE COMPANY MANY TIMES AFTER THAT EXECUTIVE FROM THE COMPANY REACHED ME, AND SAID THAT THEY WILL PROVIDE ALL THE FACILTY.DURING THE VISIT I TOLD HIM THAT I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY USER ID AND PASSWORD..AND FOR THAT I HAVE WRITTEN TO YOUR COMPANY FROM LAST SIX MONTH.I HAVE EVEDINCE ABOUT THE MAILS I HAVE WRITTEN TO THE COMPANY, WHICH I FORWARDED TO THE COMPANY.NOW THE COMPANY IS SAYING THAT YOUR AGENCY WAS IDLE SO WE HAVE CANCELLED YOUR AGENCY.SO I HAVE TO ASK COMPANY THAT HOW CAN I USE SERVICE WITHOUT USERID AND PASSWORD.NOW THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME ANSWERS REGARDING MY MATTER. we can't use the oxigen without the use of the phone line connection and electricity is their any further plans to the use of oxigen without use of both which i have mentioned above for further future actions plans

u should contact ur distributor and i am also agent of oxigen i have got my id through email u also have got it u should save it anyway now the email id u have given to the company at the time of registration write a message to [protected]@myoxigen.com and write that my id is these for e.g 1234567 and i have forgot password and they will send the password to u

I Mr. Dhanraj Nandgaon owner of "Veerbhadreshwar Communication Manhalli" sent an Oxigen terminal
(with ID no.[protected] by courier 2 years back. I have not received the amount of the terminal.I have
also sent an email 4 days back regarding the amount of Oxigen terminal. But i have not got any response
from your side. I once again kindly request you to refund the amount of the terminal as soon as possible.

HOW CAN A RETAILER EARN FROM OXIRAIL WHILE IS ONLY EARNING RS. 2/- PER TICKET AND
IN THESE 2/- RS. HE IS SEARCHING TRAINS, BOOKING TICKETS AND PRINTING THE PAPER FOR TICKET.
