Myvirtualplaza.com — Ordered Mobile not received

I had ordered a Micromax A110 Mobile on December 26, 2012 vide order no. MVP0013658. From Jan 1, 2013, I have written many emails to ravi.[protected]@myvirtualplaza.com, [protected]@myvirtualplaza.com, [protected]@myvirtualplaza.com, [protected]@myvirtualplaza.com, [protected]@myvirtualplaza.com but received only one reply on Jan. 6, from sajid that my mobile will be despatched on Tuesday Jan 8, but today is Jan 9 and still no reply or update whether my mobile has been despatched or not. I received this reply from Sajid when I threatened that I will tell my bank to stop the payment. Now I will be forced to cancel this order and tell my bank to stop the payment so my money is not blocked. All their two landline numbers are either busy/engaged or switched off while the mobile is permanently switched off. Really a fraud site.
