Bought Micromax 110 Canvas model, vide bill no MVP0018150, dated 19th Jan, 2013. Till not received the, though they mentioned it wil take 3 buiseness day to reach. Tried to contact their customer care but not able to reach, as the customer care number busy all the time atleast for last 5-6 days. please help to resolve the issue. Tried to contact all the correspondence Shaik - for complaint handling, Rabindranath The CEO and Sajid - who is responsible for Mobile section, no body replied to my mail.

don't know, that's what i m looking for.
I ordered on 28th Jan. Sajid said on email that the product would be shipped by 6th Feb, Max. Still no news on the dispatch. Any suggestions?
