Myvirtualplaza.com — regarding micromax a110

I am also one more victim my order (MVP0021265, Micromax a110) is also not delivered yet. I purchased it on 24/1/2012 and as per information on the site product should be delivered within 6-7 working days but it's already 13 days since they cancle my order on 4-1-2013 due to shortage of stock and told me my payment will transfer in my acoount in 2-3 days but i i dont recive my payment in my account. I tried both the contact no.[protected] and +91- [protected],+91-[protected] given on the site (www.myvirtualplaza.com) but they were never reachable (busy/engaged or switched off). So I decided to file complaint in consumer court .please help me .
