[Resolved]  N81 — BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hello,

I bought Nokia N81 model in the month of December end 2008, hardly 4 months and i see keypads not working. Phones gets switched off though taken real care of the phone. Submitted the phone at Nokia Care Center April 30th 2009 and condition of it still same..Nothing been working. Neither they call and let us know what was hapepning. When I called they have been rude telling I can go complaint whom I want and also sue If I would like

Is this the way it should go ???
