Respected Sir, sir i am your geniune client. sir my mobile ceate a problem purchasing after 15 days i give it to my cell phone to your nokia care centre 21 october 2008. whenever i go in your nokia care center they didn't any kind of reply about my cell phone sir i live in jalandhar and the nokia care center address is.. NOKIA CARE CENTER, MODEL TOWN ROAD, NEAR VERKA MILK BAR CHOWK, JALANDHAR CITY.(PUNJAB) INDIA. Dear sir yesterday i went to your care center my your service man talking with me very rood his name is gaurav.he is working there. sir he told me whatever u want to do go head i dont bothered sir is this the way to talk with costumer? N81 — delay in providing service by nokia care center
we gave our cell which was under period of gurantee for repair to the nokia care center, address:nokia care center,
gayatri incorporation,

it has been 1 and half month and they are saying that they are unable ro procure the part needed for repair from the company. this is causing a lot of inconvience and the behaviour of the staff of the care center is also less than satisfactory. and the standby phone that they provided was also not working. we did not expecgt to face such trouble from a reputated company like yours.

N81 — i feel i am cheated
Dear sir, I have been using Nokia phone since years. Last year out of my hard earned money i bought N81 worth rupees 14 n half thousands. after six months it had a problem with its slider they( nokia service center) tried to convince me with their service but i dint get convinced now so than they replaced the slider of my phone but i also had a problem in my red coloured cancel button after the repair and also i was not much satisfied with slider also n i was pretty much sure that i will have to visit the center after my warranty gets void and this is exactly wat happend.my argument is the company people say tht its slider so is it that the product is such that does not work properly for even six months..i have spent 14 n half thousand of my hard earned money and have to pay 2250 after that..n that too no sureity that how much would it work as even the company people are not ready to take gaurantee
So i want justice for this!!!!
