[Resolved] Naaptol — Cheating and Stealing | |||
Cheating people I have booked a Karbon Tab on Naaptol and the order no is 3979538. They have sent me the product on 28th of may and it had a display problem. I called them up and they said if i sent it back, they would replace it in 15 days, I have sent back the product on 1st June by blue dart AWB [protected]. A person name by khanna received it on 4th of June, I have sent a POD also too the email address they have mentioned.. Untill now they did not replace the product and I call them daily and they say it would take another few days. Sir Naaptol is cheating the customers and stealing their money. They customer care rep are all a scrap and they do not know how to speak with the customer, I am thinking of putting them on to media and letting people know that this is a waste company, cheating the people. I did not get any reply from them for the previous complaint I raised , so I am raising this again. Please HELP me,. Was this information helpful? | |||
