[Resolved] Naaptol — cheating by taking order for out of stock mobile | |||
Hi, i placed an order for samsung mpower tv phone on 2.9.12 for rs 4650. I got confirmation that order accepted and will be processed soon but to my surprise, I got message on 5.9.12 that due to out of stock situation, my amount will be refunded. I got another messag on 6.9.12 that my refund cheque processed soon. So I want to know that my account debited online using debit card but why they send me cheque for which I have to wait for how many days this is cheating and use of customer's money for one week. I want that before taking any order, they need to check stock so that cusomer do not place order. Comments Was this information helpful? | |||
