[Resolved] Naaptol — No proper Customer service | |||
I made a purchase of blackberry 9530 on 10th march & i received my delivered on 17th march, and when I opened the parcel it was not new one. It had lot of scratches on the screen, keypad, top of the mobile and lot of finger prints. Before placing the order I confirmed with Naaptol Customer care that it was a brand new BlackBerry As soon as I received the order, I informed Customer care about my problem. Till now i have not received any respond from the seller SRP ENTERPRISES PVT LTD or Naaptol, iam very unhappy about the service.The product has been sent back on 28/03/2010 through Blazeflash Courier Ltd. From the day one that is 17th march i asked them to replace my mobile or to refund the amount each time when i call customer service number they will tell i will get a callback within 48 hours after 48hours if we call they tell the same in 48 hours i will get a callback total they have said me like this for 6 times till now i have not got any callback till my issue is not sought out i have sent more then 7 mails and i have called these people more then 20 times as i dint get any proper commitment now i said i dont want their product anymore & to refund my money buy they are not giving any conformation through mail or not committing anything . Yeah i have the same problem even i hav ordered two phones my first phone order no.is 3267736 n second 3301788 m still waiting for the call but i did not get any replies.
