[Resolved]  Naaptol.com — refund not initiated

I had ordered one multi-tool kit (102 pcs. Multipurpose Tool Kit with Powerful Drill Machine, order no. 3220951) from NAAPTOL on 11 jan 2012. When I received the product, I found that the product was sub-standard and I decided to return back. So, I contacted NAAPTOL and told them I am returning the product. They accepted this issue and told me to send it back. They told me that refund will be initiated once the product is being received. Therefore, I despatched the product by speed post (EG[protected]IN) on 20 jan2012 to the following address as told by them:

There was a delay in despatching the product by speed post service. Meantime I had complained to the post office regarding this. Now, I have written confirmation from post office that the complaint was being resolved and the product was delivered on 02 Feb2012. I had contacted them regarding this and they told me that the product was never received at the destination and refund could not be initiated. Till today, there is no response from NAAPTOL.COM
