I had ordered one multi-tool kit (102 pcs. Multipurpose Tool Kit with Powerful Drill Machine, order no. 3220951) from NAAPTOL on 11 jan 2012. When I received the product, I found that the product was sub-standard and I decided to return back. So, I contacted NAAPTOL and told them I am returning the product. They accepted this issue and told me to send it back. They told me that refund will be initiated once the product is being received. Meantime I had complained to the post office regarding this. Now, I have written confirmation from post office that the complaint was being resolved and the product was delivered on 02 Feb2012. I had contacted them regarding this and they told me that the product was never received at the destination and refund could not be initiated.
