[Resolved]  Naaptol.com — defected model

I ordered a sewing maching of Rs.1699, I just got a defected model which is not working and its a used model also.

We are sorry to note that the item that you have purchased through the order no-3943538 & you have received damage/defective product.This is a very rare and unfortunate case and we apologize for the same.

As per our telephonic conversation, request you to kindly send the item back to our warehouse within 7 working days mentioning the order number on the packet.
* Items are to be returned with all accessories and original packaging.
* Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit.

Kindly do note- the above two points are to be strictly adhered to so that we may process with a Replacement.
We would request you visit your nearest courier office and send the whole product to the below mentioned address:

On the back cover of packing request you to add your name and complete address, along with Naaptol order no [3943538] and your mobile/ landline no for easy identification and further processing.

Please put the copy of print label/ invoice/delivery challan received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the details of defect.

Kindly write back to us at [protected]@naaptol.com or call us at [protected] & help us with the awb#.

It would take 4 to 5 days for the product to reach us, & post that we would send you the replacement in 12 to 15 working days.

I purchased Vox Mobile (Model No. V810) vide order No. 4010587 in the month of May. 2012. It was defective pc and I intimated to the firm. I was told to contact ur person Mr. Atul Tyagi (Ph.[protected]), who initially guided me to deposit the defective mobile to their agent (Mr. Khurana -M[protected] and [protected] -Nitin at Service Cell) at Sonepat. I deposited the pc. to their agent at Sonepat. They kept pending with them till July. Mr. Tyagi also kept his phone permanently busy. Further in response to my e-mail, one Mr. Nitin(M [protected]) told me to get the pc. back from their agent at Sonepat and send to their Mahipalpur Warehouse at Delhi thro Blue Dart at the a/c. of the firm. He ensured me that the pc. will be replaced within 10 days..I did it nearly a week back and intimated to them vide my e-mail (to Mr. Ankit Insha). But it is regretted to say that neither Mr. Atul Tyagi nor Mr. Nitin (M: [protected]), who ensured me to keep in touch with him, attend their phone/mobile.I feel helpless as to whom should I contact to know the latest position. I am constrained to lodge this complaint.
Please get the pc. replaced as early as possible. or at least let me know the position.
