[Resolved]  Naaptol.com — Defective product & Trouble Full service

I purchased a BB storm 9530 from Naaptol.com on 29th March 2011. The Order Id was 1560414.
The phone has stopped working with following malfunctions.
• The screen display has stopped.
• The Phone gets hang while a call is answered or dialed.
• The BB mail service is not working, the phone loses its sync with BB server on regular basis.
The IMEI of the Handset is A[protected] & BB pin no. is 3065F9A4.
The Complaint no. is 1272422 registered
I was suggested by Naaptol to send the phone to your address.

On sending the phone to Naaptol.com on the given address: JS Associates-2,
Mangesh Industrial Estate,
Subhash Nagar Mulund Link Road,
Nahur West,
Behind Designo Furniture,
Mumbai-400078.


The Courier was sent back by saying Refuse to accept.

I am attaching the screen shot, on checking with customer care again I was told that dont ask abt what has happened. send the corier again the way we are telling.

This is a type of torture that i am going through post my purchase from Naaptol.com

Dear Mr. Pillai,

Kindly accept our sincere apologies over the inconvenience caused.

We regret to inform you that your product was refused as order # 1560414 was not mentioned on the product. We would request you visit your nearest Blue Dart office and send the product to the below mentioned address:

JS associates.
2, Mangesh Industrial estate,
Subhash Nagar
Mulund Link Road.
Nahur West - 400 078.
Land mark Behind Designo Furniture Showroom

Also, provide the centralized A/c # 113260. Mode: DP to the logistics. You will not have to pay any courier charges for the same.

We request you to quote a value of the order # less than Rs 1000/- and inform the counter person as the product is defective it holds no commercial value.

Request you to duly pack the product in the same original box that you had received along with the accessories/content at the time of delivery.

Also, ensure proper packing of the product is done, any defect /damage during transit Naaptol will not be held responsible.

On the back cover of packing request you to add your name and complete address, along with Naaptol order no [1560414] and your mobile/ landline no for easy identification and further processing.

Please put the copy of print label/ invoice/delivery challan received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the reason for Replacement.

Please help us with the AWB [Air Way Bill] after sending the product.

It would take 2-3 days for the product to reach us, & once the product reaches us we shall action further.
