[Resolved] Naaptol.com — LATE DELIVERY | |
I ordered a BigHome mini silai machine thruogh naaptol.com vide order no 3315708 and was delivered to me. Since the product was a defective one I sent back to the vendor and the receipt was confirmed. After rectification the vendor sent me a mail that the product has been re-dispatched to me vide Firstflight Currier consignment no LA0378047. The consignment No was wrong because the same consignment was delivered to me at the very first time. Latter I contacted their customer support and gave me new consignment No as ZA6449840. However this No also not accurate as the origin and destination of the consignment are opposite in my case. I am staying in Bareilly and the consignment supposed to come from Hyderabad. Whenever I contact to customer support they just comfort me that the product shall reach to me soon. But I am still waiting for last 19 days which was supposed to reach me within 7 working days as they claim. Was this information helpful? | |
