Hi I am Pardeep Kumar i ordered the New 1.2 GHz VOX Tablet from Naaptol.com on Holi Festival 28 March 2013 and got the delivery on 2 April 2013. I have found that the Tablet delivered to me is defective and And Touchscreen Cracked and I plug Charge than On Tablet . Order Number. 6209158 Placed on Date: 28 March 2013 Product Information: Product Name: New 1.2 GHz VOX Tablet Quantity: 1 Courier Name: Blue Dart Courier AWB No.:[protected] Payment Information: Payment Mode: Cash on Delivery Total Product Price: Rs.2999.00 Shipping Charges: Rs.299.00 Total Payble Amount: Rs.3298.00 I have returned the product to Naaptol and informed them about the Blue Dart AWB number. They always says that your complaint has been registered and our team will call you for the confirmation within 48 hours. And saying you recive your product in 5 - 10Working Days. am Already Waited 1.5Month's. But that never happens. Now Naaptol has both money and product with them and they are nottaking any action for give me back Tablet. Every time I call, they have the same answer as mentioned above.
