By the time we received your mail for cancellation the product has already handed over to courier for further dispatch and we will not be able to call it back now as the same is in transit.

We request you to accept the same when courier attempts the delivery.

Dear Ms. Kavita,

Thanks for your intimation, i ordered the product on 06/06/2012,
cancelled as because of not meeting my acceptance criteria on
06/06/2012 (same day).

Item shipped on 11/06/2012 (after 4 days of cancellation).
Now you can not ask me to accept the consignment as i already
cancelled, i am going to reject that and requesting you to refund all
my money as discussed with Sundaram (your call center executive) on
11/06/2012.
