IS :6994697WHICH WAS FAXED TO NAAPTOL CRM DEPT. ON NO.[protected] ON 10/06/2009.THEREAFTER WE FOLLOWED THE NAAPTOL MANY TIMES ON [protected](WHICH IS NOT TOLL FREE NO.)AND TALKED TO MARTIN,HEMA,ANKITA,IBRAHIM,AJAY,ETC.THEY BOOKED THE COMPLAINT TO REFUND AMOUNT WITH COMPLAINT NO. 134299 AND CASE NO.125442ON 17/07/2010,BUT STILL AMOUNT IS NOT REFUNDED AND EACH TIME I MAKE A CALL THEY PROMISE OF IT WITHIN 7-10 DAYS BUT ITS NEAR ABOUT 3 MONTHS NOW AND TODAY ALSO I FOLLOWED AND TALKED TO MR.
